Our Approach

We have decided to develop a unique approach to wine scoring. We like to think of it, much as our previous President tried to state: all wines will perform at grade level! In that spirit, we have a “no wine left behind” approach. What this means is that an average wine is rated a “C”. Above average is rated a “B”. An exceptional wine is rated an “A”. You get the point… yes, we do have standards.

As for those remedial wines, well, we’ll try to ‘fix’ them by using remedial approaches such as Glug.

Afterall, we want “no wine left behind”.
